Cindy is a New Orleans, LA native with a passion for helping entrepreneurs take their businesses to the next level. With over twenty years of experience, Cindy’s broad and diverse HR background has positioned her to navigate challenges in many different types of organizations, within the manufacturing, hospitality, healthcare, and sales & marketing industries. Cindy’s experience allows her to be a business partner for her clients. Cindy enjoys teaching clients how to identify, develop and execute solutions in the full spectrum of Human Resources disciplines to promote a culture of high performance, strong engagement, and consistent growth in their businesses.  

 

Cindy prides herself on teaching entrepreneurs how to become certified woman-owned small business owners and how to apply for grants and federal contracts for their businesses. Cindy is committed to helping and inspiring others to be their best and she also strives to continuously develop her skills as a leader. Cindy is a minister, motivational speaker, advocate, and serial entrepreneur. She enjoys spending time with her family, reading, bowling, watching movies, and volunteering.
